Straight from Wurstkuche in LA, courtesy of Julia’s blog over at Triumvir, we have an amazing looking rattlesnake and rabbit sausage that walks the fine line of buttery…yet, spicy. Looks to be setup with all the fixings of course, and is doing a great job of making my mouth water! Craving, I am!
