We can argue the impressionist/expressionist characteristics all day, but would be Vincent van Gogh be proud? All I can say is, I’d be happy to have this as my birthday cake! I would call it…The Starry Cake. Then, someone else would think up a better name…

Much like an impressionist painting, this looks better from a distance than up close. But yes, impressive.
