Apparently, being one of the most visited websites on the web is no longer enough for the people behind Twitter! In collaboration with Crushpad, Twitter’s new launch under the brand Fledgling Wine they will be dropping two different 750ml bottles. First off, a 2009 Fledgling Pinot Noir and a 2009 Fledgling Chardonnay. Each unit will run you around $20, or you can pick up a case of 12 for $240. In conjunction with every sale, $5 will be going towards the program Room to Read. According to the website, “Every case sold will provide approximately 60 local language children’s books and promote education in the world’s poorest regions,” and the wine will actually not be bottled until August of 2010, but the pre-order is going on now.
