I hit up Lazy Dog Cafe’ for happy hour the other day and this was the meal I swooped in on. If I had to choose 5 foods to eat for the rest of my life, I think chicken salad would be one of them. So of course I’d see this on the menu first and made my decision in 10 seconds. It came with a great Asian coleslaw on the side. Be jealous, I sort of am.
