I think it’s official to say, that the food truck + social media phenomenon is upon us. You wouldn’t believe how many different kinds of trucks there are out there, how many are in the pipeline, and the new wave of social media tools that are available to them. For those who think Kogi is the only truck out there, we need to get you on some new hype! There was a huge discussion about how much attention Kogi gets, and I can’t sit here in be critical because we are a part of the wagon that posts some of their food on a consistent basis, but rest assured, we will be showcasing some other fabulous food trucks out there in the coming weeks!
