I’ve always had a weird fetish for meatloaf. Growing up in a family that served a lot of Middle Eastern food, Meatloaf was never on the menu. In fact, it wasn’t until my senior year of high school that I actually had my first traditional meatloaf experience. I was graciously invited over to my friend Bazant’s house, and his mother had cooked up a delicious meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. I was in heaven, and had been slapping myself for not having experienced it for the previous 18 years of my life. Regardless, here we’re looking at is a few meatloaf slices with some caramelized crust, green beans and a potato bake highlighted by potatoes, mushrooms, spring onions, cream and what looks to be an insane amount of cheese. Could I be more hungry right now?!
