It’s very interesting to see Alton Brown in a different element where the camera and his Food Network persona isn’t at the forefront. He seems like a very laid back character. For those who are into Food Network, Alton Brown or any mixture of the two, definitely check out this interview. He gives a little dirt behind some of the Food Network structure, the other chefs/hosts and discusses Giada’s sexiness/weight. For those of you who don’t watch the Food Network, might want to just ignore this post and wait for our next bacon-related post. Eat on!
