Imagine all the ingredients you savor in an Italian style hoagie, but exploded into beautiful bite-sized chunks and served in a bowl for your topping pleasure. That’s what this dish is! Everything from roasted peppers, pepperonchini, hot capicola, hot calabrese, pepperoni, provolone, salami artichoke and a dash of ingenuity! Serve it up with some nice bread rounds, some beer and wine, and have yourself a delectable kickback. Or if you’re a foodbeast like my boy @Mangolang, eat it like a bowl a of cereal. Either way.
