Craving: Kimchi Spam Melt
Caramelized kimchi, melted cheddar and jack cheese, salsa verde, two slices of grilled spam on crispy golden brown pieces of toast. The folks over at Kogi BBQ always know how to make me extremely, extremely, hungry!
