Imagine all the ingredients you savor in an Italian style hoagie, but exploded into beautiful bite-sized chunks and served in a bowl for your topping pleasure. That’s what this dish is! Everything from roasted peppers, pepperonchini, hot capicola, hot calabrese, pepperoni, provolone, salami artichoke and a dash of ingenuity! Serve it up with some nice bread rounds, some beer and wine, and have yourself a delectable kickback. Or if you’re a foodbeast like my boy @Mangolang, eat it like a bowl a of cereal. Either way. Either way.
Oppi Koppi burger consists of cubed meat, double burger, bacon, cheese and onions. From a festival called Oppi-Koppi as photographed by the fine folks over at SuperSizedMeals. Can’t wait to get my hands on something like this!
This is a delicious crepe I was treated to by my cousin Christopher while in Lebanon. The crepe was filled with all kinds of Nutella chocolate goodness, drizzled with more chocolate, sided with whip cream, banana slices and crushed nuts. The spot was called Moulin D’or and from what I was told, it was a bakery first, restaurant second. Definitely recommended!
Wow wow wow. What we’re looking at this time around is bacon, wrapped in angel food cake. If that wasn’t enough, put it on a stick, batter it up, deep fry it and then dip it in chocolate. Game over? Game over. (PicThx TIWYF)
