Craving: Atomic Buffalo Turds

I think the answer to all these questions looks to be these curiously named Atomic Buffalo Turds. In the creation of these delights, jalapenos are roasted and then cooled, followed by an obligatory sausage-cream-cheese stuffing phase, wrapped in bacon and then smoked to perfection.
