Olive Garden: Four Cheese Stuffed Mezzaluna

In conjunction with the cold weather sweeping most parts of our nation, the folks at Olive Garden are breaking it off with some warm, hearty flavors of the Valle d’Aosta region in Northwestern Italy, where family and friends are prone to gather in cozy kitchens on winter nights and enjoy meals together. With all this pleasant imagery in mind, the chefs at Olive Garden have created two new warming dishes, one of which is the Four Cheese Stuffed Mezzaluna with Shrimp, which is defined by crescent shaped ravioli filled with four Italian cheeses, tossed with sauteed herb-marineted shrimp and roma tomatoes in a white wine cream sauce. If that doesn’t tickle your pickle, make sure to delve into the Four Cheese Stuffed Mezzaluna with Sausage, which is in turn tossed with grilled Italian sausage and roma tomatoes in a creamy homemade tomato alfredo sauce and topped with melted mozzarella.
