    Madagascar Happy Meal Toys
    November 28th, 2008 | Eats, Hit-or-Miss

McDonald’s has always been known for following the hype at the box office and working well with the studios to provide the hottest collectibles in their Happy Meals. This time around they teamed up with the folks behind the movie “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa” to bring a host of new toys. With an accompanying themed happy meal box, you definitely don’t want to sleep on this limited McDonald’s Happy Meal set. Oooo I’m lovin’ it!

    SONIC: Sticky Bun Dough Blast
    November 28th, 2008 | Drinks

For a limited time only, SONIC Drive-In presents what they describe as “A tasty, soul-warming experience with gooey chunks of sticky bun dough, praline pecans and a rich, brown-sugar flavored soft serve.” I’ve personally yet to try one, but the word around the net is that this drink is pretty tasty!

If you’re at all interested in the nutrition facts, each helping of sticky bun goodness will set you back 578 calories, 19.2 grams of fat (11.1 g of which is saturated) and stocking you with about 7 grams of protein.

One of my favorites so far is from the infamous Chris Do, who has garnered attention for his IN-N-OUT burger challenge and SLOPPY JOE challenge. Remember, if you guys have any awesome pictures from today’s festivities, make sure to get over to our contact page and shoot us an e-mail. Eat on!

    Costco Pumpkin Pie Science
    November 27th, 2008 | Eats, Hit-or-Miss, Sweets

Costco expects to have sold more than 1 million fresh-baked, giant $5.99 pumpkin pies during this short week when in-store bakeries run around the clock. Stores were so busy that the wheeled pie-laden carts in transit from bakeries to the huge refrigerators grow lighter as they go; shoppers walk alongside and pull off pies, then hurry for the cash registers.
