Olive Garden Flatbread Appetizers

The Old World-inspired Italian chefs at the Olive Garden have designed two new Flatbread Appetizers. These new flat breads are in interpretation of a Northern Italian Sandwich made with Piadini, a classic Italian flat bread with a soft middle and slightly crispy crust. Piadini means “thin bread” and is commonly sold as a street food in Emilia-Romagna, a region in Italy. The Piadini is sometimes grilled to order and filled with a variety of fillings.

The Olive Garden Flatbread appetizers are available in two varieties:

Grilled Chicken Flatbread: Flatbread crust topped with mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, basil, alfredo sauce and garlic aioli. $8.25

Caprese Flatbread: Flatbread crust topped with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil and savory garlic aioli. $7.25
