    Long John Silver Ultimate Flatbreads
    September 30th, 2008 | Eats | By: Staff

Flatbreads are growing to be pretty popular in the fast food business. Quizno’s, Dunkin Donut’s, and Subway have all deuted their own versions and now Long John Silver’s has come out with their own rendition: the Ultimate Flatbread. It comes two ways, either with shrimp or fish. The crispy fried seafood is stuffed into a pita and is accompanied by cheese, shredded lettuce, and a mysterious orange sauce, similar to the flat bread sandwiches that Jack in the Box came out with a few back.

    Nordic Rock: Stone Ice Cubes
    September 30th, 2008 | Eats | By: Staff

Save water, and live like a “baller”. These eco-friendly pollution-free reusable base rocks are mighty easy to use. Throw them in the freezer for an hour, take them out, throw them in your drink and it’ll keep your liquid chill just like your ice would…except your content levels won’t be out of whack during the consumption period (I know how that messed with some people’s thought process). You can pick up a 10 pack of rocks and get a sexy-sleek carrying pouch over at the Mocha shop. Now, you can literally keep your drank “on the rocks”.

Stay tuned!

    Supposed Death by Chili Sauce
    September 30th, 2008 | Eats | By: Staff

Unfortunately, it’s not all fun and games in the food world. Aspiring chef Andrew Lee recently passed away in his sleep after a crazy chili sauce cook off between himself and his girlfriend’s brother. The chillies were grown especially for Andrew, specifically for this home event. Following the event, Andrew complained of itching before going to bed…and sure enough, woke up unconscious the following morning.  He was pronounced dead a few hours later. Our condolences to Andrew’s family and all those effected. Food can’t always be a game, but, eat on! (Thx MailOnline)

The title of this post and the simple picture speaks so loudly, I was severely tempted to not even post a blurb about it like i’m doing now. All I’ll mention is that you can pick it up at participating Hardee’s restaurants for roughly $2.99. (Thx Hardee’s, FastFoodFever)
