Five seems to be the magic number in food prices lately, and Joe’s Crab Shack is jumping on board. Some choices include Bucket of Shrimp, Double Dip, and Mussel Marinara.

    Wendy’s Meatatarian Viral Video

    One of the most off the wall campaigns I’ve witnessed for a fast food chain, in years. Apparently, Wendy’s might have started “Meatatarians Unite“, a seemingly fictional (or not?) culmination of meat fanatics. Whatever? Eat on!

    Pepe’s: Brea

    Tracing back to 1962, Pepe’s locations (or as they were originally named, “El Adobe“) have found a long lasting stay in Orange County. With locations in Brea, Anaheim, Fullerton and Downey, the word has obviously been spreading. The Fullerton location was always a safe haven for me and my buddies during our high school lunch hour (or during Trigonometry…whichever came first). Join us as we stop by the Brea location on our way to the Spare the Air festival in Fullerton!

    Denny’s Sizzlin’ Breakfast Skillets

    The artisan chefs at Denny’s have introduced two new Sizzlin’ Breakfast Skillets.

    “The sound and smell of a meal can be just as important as the taste – and what better way to start the day off right than with a sizzle?

    Each breakfast skillet come to the table fajita-style on a hot cast iron skillet and Denny’s believes that they are combining familiar tastes with an exciting new way to eat.

    Southwestern Sizzlin’ Skillet: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fire-roasted onions and peppers, warm tortillas, fresh pico de gallo, and sour cream.

    Flatjack Sizzlin’ Skillet: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, and warm syrup.
