The ‘El McGangbang’ is the most Gruesomely Pretty Burger You’ll See Today
Welcome to the ring of fuck-you-foods-that-are-still-edible-and-pretty the El McGangBang.
The entire burger is a Latino-fied riff on the McDonald’s secret menu item the McGangbang which consists of a McChicken stuffed inside a McDouble. Incredibly talented food blogger Josh Scherer, aka Culinary Brodown, has pieced together something much more gruesomely pretty.
Tri-level El McGangBang is a Chicharrón fried chicken sandwich stuffed inside a double bacon, jalapeno and white American cheeseburger. Each level is dripping in a hatch chile aioli and spaced out with soft, glistening brioche buns.
