Chick-fil-A Testing Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Nuggets

Sandwich-Cover

Chick-fil-A locations in Southern California are currently testing a new version of their Chargrilled Chicken sandwich as an update to their grilled chicken menu. Marinated in lemon and herb seasonings the new chicken breast patty replaces the old recipe of a pickle juice-based mix.

The chicken breast patties are said to come pre-marianted and once it reaches the site, they’re marinated another time for more flavor. New grills were brought in specifically for these new lemon herb patties and it looks like they’re set to make a national launch by March 31.

Served on a whole wheat bun, the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich is served with sliced tomatoes, whole-leaf lettuce, pickle chips and the lemon herb boneless chicken breast. It also comes with a package of Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. The Chargrilled Chicken sandwich is available for $4.95 at participating locations.

Chick-fil-A is also serving new grilled chicken nuggets in the same vein as their patties. Made with marinated grilled chicken chunks, the grilled nuggets are available in multiple increments. An order of four nuggets is $2.16 at participating locations.
