Sabra Hummus [OUR LOOK]
About a week or so, I did a review on Tribe-brand hummus. As I sadly polished off the last of that delicious hummus in my fridge with a cracker, I found a new box lying at my front door. Sabra Garden Hummus was kind enough to send us over some of their flavors to try out. We got two 17 oz containers of Tuscan Herb and Southwest.
Originally known as Sabra Blue & White Foods back when it was founded in 1986, Sabra was born in Queens New York. Sabra focused on bringing the people the unique taste of healthy Mediterranean cuisine. Fast forward twenty-five years later and Sabra is still feeding us fresh Mediterranean snacks.
The Tuscan Herb had a variety of different ingredients that I didn’t think would work well together (Red Bell Pepper, Tomato, Carrots, and Spinach). This wasn’t the first time I was proven wrong by food, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
Tasting the Southwest was like taking a road-trip to Texas in my mouth. The hummus had black beans, corn, and jalapeno peppers all working together to create something magical on top my tongue.
The two flavors were completely different from one another but both exciting in taste.
