IDEA: Crack a Quail Egg on your White Castle Burger

Frying an egg and topping your burger with it is now the equivalent of topping ice cream sundae with strips of bacon. With that logic in mind, there’s still no argument against the delicious flavors and textures a fried egg adds to a hamburger, so we’re going to happily roll with the delicious punches: White Castle Sliders and Qual Eggs.

A dream that was fulfilled by our friend Nick, he took to an Asian grocery store, procured a dozen Quail Eggs, and fried them to a gentle sunny side up perfection. His reasoning? That the tiny quail eggs would be a perfect size topping for the sliders…and sure enough, they were.
