Wendy’s Foie Gras Hamburger

Wendy’s is on top of its game lately, especially after being slated to succeed Burger King as the #2 burger chain in America by end of this year. They’ve been increasing their premium burger line, but nothing matches their newest creation in the world of fast food. Now available, but only in Tokyo, Japan (siiighh) are 2 exquisite burgers: a $16 foie gras hamburger and a truffle and porcini grilled chicken sandwich for $12.

Pricey? For us Americans, yes, but to the Japanese no. In Japan, it’s not out of the ordinary to go to a Denny’s for a $15 piece of beef topped with foie gras and sliced truffles. Now that’s some good eatin’!
