If anything can make you say “THAT SHIT CRAY,” it’s Sour Gummy Worms covered in chocolate bark. That’s exactly what our recipe contributor Becky did, and it must be one of the most confusing experiences for sensitive taste buds known to the dessert community.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of chocolate, and an even bigger fan of sour gummy candies, but usually my pallette knows what to expect…it knows to brace itself when I’m shoveling Sour Patch Kids down my throat by the handful. But with the addition of chocolate, the sourness will undoubtedly get cut by the sweetness of the chocolate.
Think about it this way — this creation could be heaven for those who can’t decide between sour and sweet.
