One of the more simpler cheesecake recipes I've seen in awhile, but arguably one of the more tantalizing. These Twix Cheesecakes rounds are made of an Oreos crust and a cheesecake batter of chopped up mini Twix bars. Our friend Lindsey's recipe creates a pan of cupcake-sized cakes, so you'll be less tempted to sit down with the entire cake and devour it.
