So often Nachos get touted as an appetizer, and every so often someone will pile enough ingredients on in an attempt to get it labeled as “an entire meal”, but in this case, I think we can safely serve this as a stand-a-lone dish. Los Angeles based personal chef Gaby has created this amazing Irish Nachos w/ Guacamole dish that walks the finest of lines between appetizer and main course. We’re looking at a pan with a base of thinly sliced roasted potatoes, topped with sauteed vegetables, sauteed ground turkey, a handful of cheese and then baked again to meld these products. Once out of the oven, she added salsa and guacamole, then snapped these amazing photographs.
